Since my last blog, when I reported about a foot of snow had fallen over Idaho Falls, it has hardly ever stopped snowing - probably another foot or so since Christmas. Snow, snow, snow and more snow - I am personally sick of it. Almost every morning, to get a car out, we have to shovel away another several inches. Of course some people here really love it. The ski resorts are reporting the best powder for years and the overland skiers are out in the parks and golf courses every chance they get. This is the most snow they have had here for about 10 years and, since the reservoirs rely on the snow melt to get topped up, it is really needed. As for me all I can say is - will it ever stop??? Roll on Spring.
